The mattress was picked up at my apartment (Tracy Donahue - 235 Tanyard Park Place #1, Louisville, KY 40229) on Tuesday, September 30th (15 days ago). Since I paid via cashier's check (at the Sleep Outfitters located at 5009 Mud Lane, Suite 101, Louisville, KY 40229.)
I was told I would receive a refund within 7 - 10 days. I want to find out the status of my refund
